Coffee, Cakes, Jewelry, Paintings, Raffle – and the remarkably listenable music of our "C" Band: all were available, and much appreciated, by a large crowd sitting under the tree to listen on Memorial Green on Saturday 10^th May. Our funds gained over £300.00, but the true benefit was our less-experienced players proving such remarkably good ambassadors for the Band.

The full "A" Band will be playing at Flaxbourne House in Aspley Guise on Sunday 8^th June, when Geoff and Davina Barrett host an Open Gardens Day in aid of the National Gardens Scheme.

We hope for fine weather and much local support when our "B" and "C" Bands play on Mowbray Green (Woburn Sands) from 7.30 on Friday 20^th June. We hope to have refreshments available, and the event will see the dedication of a seat to the memory of the late Pete Munn, a true friend of the Band. Admission is FREE!
